Q1: WHAT IS THE REWARD POINT PROGRAM?

Ans : To thank you all of our patrons for their continuous support throughout these years, so this is why we have launched this great Reward Point Program.



Our Reward Point Program is as simple as it sounds.

While shopping at GEMI FASHION® you will earn Shopping Points for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at GEMI FASHION® .



Q2: HOW DOES IT WORKS?

Ans : When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned.

-SGD $10 - 10 points

-Confirmation of the points will be sent via email.

-If you are our member, provide us with your CUSTOMER'S ID and we will add up for you.

-IF you are not yet a member,you can sign up with us via email at gemifashion@gmail.com (header : Membership)

Q3 : POINTS AND VALUES .

Ans : Currently, for every SGD$10 spent at GEMI FASHION® you'll earn 10 points

For example:

Product Cost: SGD$10

Point earned : 10 points

100 points = $1.00 value

Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to the above rate at any time without prior notice. The rate shown here will always be current.

Q4 : REDEEMING SHOPPING POINTS

Ans : If you have a balance in your Shopping Points Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at GEMI FASHION® .

When sending your order to us, note to us that you want to used the points and we will process and confirmation will be sent.

Note that any purchase made by redeeming points will only be rewarded with additional points for the amount spent other than points.

Q5 : MINIMUM POINTS REQUIRED

Ans : Currently, a minimum balance of 200 points ($2.00) is required before you can redeem them.

Q6 : MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT REQUIRED

Ans : Currently, no Minimum Purchase Amount is required to redeem your points.

Q7 : MAXIMUM POINTS REDEMPTION ALLOWED PER ORDER

Ans : A maximum of 1000 points ($10.00) is allowed to redeem per order.

Q8 : WILL I EARN POINTS FOR SHIPPING FEES?

Ans : No. When calculating the amount of points earned, the shipping fees are excluded.

Ans : Yes,why not? When calculating the amount of points earned, all items which have been discounted are included.

Q10 : WILL I EARN POINTS WHEN PURCHASES PAID WITH POINTS?

Ans : No. When calculating the amount of points earned. Any purchase made by redeeming points are excluded.

Q11 : IS MY POINTS CALCULATED USING THE NORMAL PRICE OR DISCOUNTED PRICE?

Ans : For members, points will be calculated based on the discounted price

Q12 : EARNING REFERRAL POINTS

Ans : "Word-of-mouth" advertising is the most powerful form of advertising there is.

Referral Points is based on the idea that we should both benefit from your referrals.

When referred friend place an order, he/she would enter your referral code. Your Referral code is your registered email address with us.

When we receive your referred friends completed and approved order, we will reward your Points account with 5 points .

The more first time orders we receive from your referrals, the more reward points you will receive.

Put our banner in your social websites, and inform us on it and we would also be rewarding you with 5 points in each of the website that you placed our banner on.

Q13 : PRODUCTS RESTRICTION

Ans : Currently, no restrictions apply to what items may be purchased using your points balance.

Q14 : CONDITIONS OF USE

Ans : Shopping Points are only available to registered GEMI FASHION® member's.

Shopping Points Reward can only be collected and used with online purchases. and are only validated at GEMI FASHION® .

Points are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between member's.

Shopping Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.

Shopping Points will not be refunded for any canceled order.

When buying with Points,you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

When calculating the amount of points earned. shipping fees and taxes are excluded(unless other.see referred FAQ for more details).

Q15 : WHEN PROBLEM OCCURS

Ans : For any queries regarding our Reward Point Program, please contact us . Make sure you provide as much information as possible in the e-mail.

Payment Methods :

We only accept payments in Singapore dollars as per stated SGD pricings.
You may use any ATM (Automated Teller Machine) that is provided by DBS, POSB, OCBC or UOB. Please transfer to POSB Saving Acc : 030-62547-1


Delivery Methods :

Normal / Registered Mail / Meet-Up

NORMAL MAIL
-Add $0.50 (per item) for normal postage.
-We will not be liable for lost normal mails, so please opt for registered postage/meetups if possible.

REGISTERED MAIL

-Add $2.30 on top of the normal postage.


MEET-UP
Do note that meet ups are only available at Woodlands/ Admiralty/ Sembawang/ Pioneer/ Jurong East/ Boon Lay area.
